(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indiana State Police are investigating alleged criminal action by at least one or possibly two former capitol police officers.
First Sgt. Dave Bursten says a preliminary investigation into the officers' conduct was launched last Thursday and became a formal investigation Tuesday.
Bursten says the investigation is being taken very seriously, however they are not releasing the names of the former officers involved.
