(WARSAW, IN) - Police say a Warsaw woman died in a head-on crash Thursday morning north of Pierceton.
Linda Graves was dead when officer got to the scene. Investigators say Lynn Babin was driving south on County Road 650 East and crossed the center line, hitting Graves' van.
Babin was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
