(FRANKFORT, IN) - A Clinton County man will spend 35 years in prison for the death of his girlfriend’s daughter.
32-year-old Mitchell Clendenning pled guilty in January to felony child neglect causing death.
Authorities say Clendenning was drunk when he and Patience Kuhlman caused massive head injuries to 2 year-old Keaton Kuhlman.
Patience Kuhlman still faces murder, neglect and conspiracy charges in the girl's death.
