(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - A Purdue Agricultural Economist believes gas prices will not exceed $4 a gallon for the majority of the summer.
Energy Police Specialist Wally Tyner says market conditions have improved enough to push the price of oil below $100 a barrel.
Tyner says oil prices should stay below that mark if the Middle East stays stable and the oil refiners have no further interruptions, gas prices should begin to fall.
