(UNDATED) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization is moving forward with its $2.5 billion mass transit plan.
MPO is holding a series of public meetings this month. Right now, they're focusing on the bicycling part of the overall master plan.
The regional bikeways plan aims to build and connect bike lanes or trails throughout Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks and Johnson counties.
