(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Its back to business as usual for Planned Parenthood at least for now.
A federal judge granted the agency's request for a preliminary injunction, therefore, forcing the state to give them state Medicaid funding.
The state law in question keeps any state dollars from going to an agency that performs abortions.
Planned Parenthood says they don't use state money to pay for abortions.
The state attorney general's office is saying it is likely the state will appeal this decision.
