(PUTNAMVILLE, IN) - The Putnam County Emergency Management Director faces domestic violence allegations.
43-year-old Kim Hyten allegedly became upset with his wife and began physically assaulting her, dragging her by her feet, and throwing her from a porch.
Hyten is also alleged to have prevented her from calling authorities and seeking medical help.
