(TERRE HAUTE, IN) - The westbound lanes on Interstate 70 near Terre Haute were shut down after a chain-reaction crash that involved eight semis.
The crash happened Monday when the driver of the first semi came to a sudden stop near a construction zone, causing the other semis to crash from behind.
The cause is under investigation.
Several injuries were reported.
