(UNDATED) - Planned Parenthood of Indiana will argue their case for an injunction in federal court today.
PPIN President and CEO Betty Cockrum says they want the judge to restore their Medicaid provider status, and ideally retroactive to May 10th.
Cockrum says they also want the judge to review a state mandate that requires health care provides be given "unscientific and medically inaccurate information."
Cockrum say they've been able to keep offices open due to donations of over $100,000 from more than 1,200 donors.
