(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A 2% staffing reduction for all Gannett Newspapers is being felt in Indiana.
Tweets and Facebook postings from several reporters at the Indianapolis Star indicate the paper reportedly laid off a number of its employees today.
Cuts are also being reported in Lafayette. Gannett also owns papers in Richmond and Muncie.
