(TIPTON, IN) - Another big wind farm project is most likely headed to north-central Indiana this fall.
Texas-based E.ON plans to build a series of wind turbines in Tipton, Madison, Howard, and Grant counties.
Mike Kline with Tipton County Economic Development says the company is investing $175-million into that county alone.
Kline says the project will also bring in revenue with E.ON having to pay landowners who end up with turbines on their property.
