(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - As Norway comes to grips with over 60 people killed by one man, an expert explains the difference between a spree killer and a terrorist.
Indianapolis Clinical Psychologist Dr. Greg Sipes says a terrorist is usually more organized and have a cause, so they justify their actions.
Sipes says spree killers tend to be disorganized and more psychologically demented.
Sipes says spree killers sometimes show remorse after being "treated" but terrorists feel they will be rewarded for fighting for their cause.
