(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Senator Richard Lugar is speaking out on the country’s war with Libya.
Lugar says the United States shouldn't have gotten into war with Libya because it's not a vital interest of this country.
Lugar says President Obama and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton made the promises of a short run in Libya and no boots on the ground because perhaps they thought they would get lucky and Ghaddafi would leave.
