Woman Attempting To Get New Trial In 3-Year-Old's Murder

(GREENSBURG, IN) - A Greensburg woman convicted of killing her 3-year-old son is trying to persuade an appeals court to give her a new trial.

Kristine Bunch was found guilty 15 years ago of setting fire to her mobile home.

She contends the fire was accidental.

Attorney Ron Safer argues the techniques used by defense experts at bunch's trial have since become the industry standard.
