(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis city-county council approved Monday night new rules regarding ticket scalpers in Indianapolis.
The proposal, which was approved by a vote of 22-5, states that ticket brokers must purchase a $57 license in order to resell or repurchase tickets for events held at Lucas Oil Stadium, Conseco Fieldhouse and other venues.
Those without a license can still sell tickets for up to 15% of face value.
