(INDIANAPOLIS) - There’s a snag in security for a memorial ride.
Several thousand motorcyclists are expected to gather Saturday in Indianapolis to commemorate the life of Eric Wells. Wells was killed when police officer David Bisard rammed into a group of bikers a year ago.
Police say they cannot offer an escort for the memorial ride due to "prior commitments."
