(UNDATED) - Planned Parenthood of Indiana will participate in the state’s Neighborhood Assistance Program for tax credits after all.
The state had initially rejected PPIN's application stating they didn't qualify under the state's new Medicaid law.
A federal court reversal of that law makes Planned Parenthood eligible for the funding.
Planned Parenthood of Indiana anticipates it will raise $12,000 because of Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority's decision.
