(UNDATED) - The state attorney general filed a joint complaint against a for-profit college organization and 2 subsidiaries for making false claims that resulted in millions in state financial aid.
Attorney General Greg Zoeller accuses the Education Management Corporation with falsely claiming nearly 17,000 student aid awards accounting for 12 million dollars.
The suit names Brown Mackie College locations In Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Merrillville, Michigan City and South Bend, as well as the Art Institute of Indianapolis as defendants in the case.
