(MUNCIE) - Authorities are searching for a woman who reportedly threw two dogs out of a moving vehicle.
A witness reported a woman throwing two Shih Tzu dogs out of her moving vehicle Tuesday morning. The witness rushed to the aid of the dogs, but was unable to get the license plate number. Both dogs are being treated for malnutrition.
The dogs, believed to be brothers, have been named Lyle and Tate.
