(UNDATED) - Interstate 70 is getting a makeover that could cause traffic headaches for drivers from Indianapolis to the Illinois state line.
Motorists this week are starting to see long sections of cone zones for construction along I-70 from Plainfield to the Wabash River.
Indiana Department of Transportation's Debbie Calder says $37.5 million will be used to patch, pave and rehabilitate bridges across the western half of the state.
