(INDIANAPOLIS) - An 18-year-old man says State Representative Phil Hinkle offered to pay him 80-bucks and a tip to spend time with him at a hotel.
The Indianapolis Star learned of the allegations when the teen provided emails that he had exchanged with the Republican state lawmaker.
The teen says he tried to leave when Hinkle told him he is a state representative, then offered him an iPad, Blackberry and cash to keep quiet.
