(INDIANAPOLIS) - Lady Victory is grounded for a second day.
It is too windy to lift the 38-foot, bronze statue to the top of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument on the circle in Downtown Indianapolis.
Brigadier General- J Stewart Goodwin with Indiana War Memorial, says it's just too risky today. Crews will try again when the wind dies down, but that could be Friday.
Victory was taken down for a $1.5-million dollar restoration.
