Lawsuit Dismissed Against Pacer Owner

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A lawsuit against Indiana Pacers owner Herb Simon and his wife Bui has been tossed out of court.

The suit had been filed by their nanny who claimed she was fired for getting pregnant.

The judge refuted all claims made by Claudia Leite in dismissing the lawsuit. T

he court also threw out claims made by the couple's chauffer that he was prevented from taking breaks and denied overtime pay.
