(INDIANAPOLIS) - Super Bowl 2012 host committee officials joined University of Indianapolis officials at a ribbon cutting for the brand new athletics & recreation center.
The $6 million facility holds a 90,000 square foot field sports and multipurpose area covered by a massive air-filled dome. It'll be used as a football practice field by the upcoming NFC Championship team prior to the Indianapolis-hosted 2012 Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl host committee helped fund the project.
