(CLINTON) - Indiana State Police canines detected illegal drugs during a random drug search at South Vermillion High School.
State Police troopers were invited to search lockers and cars at both North and South Vermillion High Schools.
Two male students were detained after police detected drug paraphernalia in their cars. State Police will submit their findings to the Vermillion County prosecutor for potential charges.
The school district also enacted its policies against the students for drug possession in school.
