Women Arrested After Throwing Dog Out Of Car

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie woman has been charged with animal cruelty for allegedly throwing two dogs from her moving car.

30-year-old Lamonica Sims was not arrested but must appear in court. The two dogs have been adopted.
