(KANSAS CITY )(NBC) - Police in Kansas City, Missouri, say a cadaver dog reacted to the scent of a dead person inside the home where 10-month old Lisa Irwin disappeared weeks ago.
A police affidavit says the FBI dog picked up the positive scent Monday on the floor of Deborah Irwin's bedroom.
Deborah and Jeremy Irwin reported their daughter missing on October 4th, saying she was snatched from her crib.
Court documents filed early Friday indicate that police have taken blankets, toys and clothing from the Irwin house.
