(NILES, Mich). — Three adults and an infant from Indiana were killed in a fiery head-on crash in southwestern Michigan, police said.
Michigan State Police said in a statement that the crash happened Sunday afternoon near The truck collided with a westbound car with four inside. Both vehicles rolled and were engulfed in flames, and the pickup driver was able to get out. Names of those involved weren't immediately released.
Police said those killed were family members from the Indiana communities of Mishawaka and South Bend.
