(HAMMOND) - Hammond police think the bones found scattered at a Northside neighborhood construction site last week belong to a woman.
Police Chief Brian Miller says they were found in what once was a crawl space for a recently-demolished business building.
Miller says some bones were wrapped in plastic, but investigators don't think there are any other remains there.
