(JEFFERSONVILLE) - Edward Dale Bagshaw, of Jeffersonville, is accused of murdering his wife in front of their children appeared in a Clark County courtroom on Monday.
A judge ordered Bagshaw to be held without bond on a preliminary charge of murder. His next court date is November 16 at 1:30 p.m.
Police say Edward stabbed his estranged wife, 30-year-old Kelly Bagshaw, inside her car, as she tried to pick up their children at the Lafayette Square Apartments, Sunday.
The couple's children watched the murder from the apartment windows. The children are now in the custody of the Edward's mother.
