(UNDATED) Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Gregg officially kick off his campaign for governor Saturday in the Anderson Shelterhouse at the Sandborn Park.
Gregg's hometown stop begins the Sandborn attorney's tour of Indiana to succeed outgoing Republican Mitch Daniels in 2012.
Mike Pence has emerged as the current GOP frontrunner opposing that bid. Gregg, the former speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives, has been actively campaigning since summer for the office.
