It's believed to have been caused by a contracting crew that was digging for a water line and struck a natural gas line with a backhoe.
Among the victims are a 13-year-old listed as critical at Shriner's Hospital for Children in Cincinnati. Officials say a 1-year-old baby was in fair condition and a 5-year-old was in good condition at another hospital.
A third child, whose age wasn't available, was treated and released Saturday. Officials say two adults were taken to a hospital. Their conditions aren't available
