(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Canadian man who is alleged to have planned and financed attacks against American soldiers in Iraq has been arrested.
Staff Sergeant Lee Woods of Kentucky and four others were killed in April of 2009 in Iraq.
A suicide bomber driving a truck loaded with explosives attacked a United States Army base.
American investigators believe that former Iraqi citizen now living in Canada is responsible for the attack.
Sergeant Woods' mother has been told extradition hearings are scheduled to the end of January.
"I want him in the United States in prison and I want him to sit there until her dies I don't want him to see the outside world ever again I don't want him to ever...ever to do this to somebody's family again," Becky Woods-Johnson told Eyewitness News on Saturday.
