(UNDATED) - Secretary of State Charlie White will go to trial next month. A Hamilton County judge denied White’s motion to dismiss seven felony charges against him Monday.
White is accused of voter fraud and other crimes because of confusion over where he lived during his 2010 campaign.
If he's convicted on any of the felonies, he will be removed from office.
The trial is scheduled Jan. 30.
