(UNDATED) - Many Colt fans said owner Jim Irsay’s decision to fire Vice Chairman Bill Polian and son General Manager Chris Polian was no surprise. But yet some were upset with the decision.
Many said since Manning was injured the team was terrible with a 2-14 record. However many felt coach Jim Caldwell needed fired not the Polians.
Even Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning was caught off guard with the firing of the Polins.
But not all fans were on-board with Irsay's decision.
Bill Polian had been with the Colts since 1997. Chris was named GM in 2009.
Some said the Colts under the Polians got the 2nd most wins in the NFL throughout their reign and don't understand why they were fired. They also said you can't blame the management for injuries.
The Colts nation divided about the Polians was mostly untied about one thing and that is was time for Coach Jim Caldwell to go.
Many said Caldwell made bad decisions on and off the field. Many fans are betting Caldwell will be gone in a week or two.
A common hope for Colts fans is that standout Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck will be needing an Indianapolis realtor in the upcoming months too. The Colts have the first pick in the NFL draft on April 26. Other concerns are focused on Peyton Manning's injury.
