Terre Haute Man Accidently Released From Jail, Is Back In Jail

(TERRE HAUTE) -A Terre Haute man wanted on child pornography charges has been returned to the Vigo County jail after he was mistakenly released.

38-year-old Chauncey Krantz was released from jail Friday due to a clerical error

Police say Krantz was released following an appearance in Terre Haute city court.

Krantz was later captured as he was on his way to his attorney's office. A judge set bail at 1 hundred and 50 thousand dollars.
