(COLUMBUS) - A stabbing in East Columbus injured one man and led to the arrest of another man.
Shawn S. Sanford, 35, of Hope, is accused of stabbing a 52-year-old man Thursday night at Cambridge Square Apartments following a disagreement.
Columbus Police Patrolmen Frank Dickman and Robert Jarrard responded to a report of a stabbing at the apartments and found the 52-year-old man stabbed in his abdomen.
The man told the officers that Sanford had stabbed him and run from the area, said Lt. Matt Myers, spokesman for the Columbus Police Department.
