(STATEHOUSE) - Governor Mitch Daniels made full-day kindergarten a reality in Indiana today.
The Governor signed a bill into law that'll provide $80 million in funding for full-day kindergarten beginning this Fall.
The Governor says in 2006 only fourteen percent of Indiana five year olds were in kindergarten programs and the figure will jump to 86-percent.
