(INDIANAPOLIS) - Severe weather could move across Central Indiana today.
The National Weather Service of Indianapolis said rain showers and thunderstorms are likely after 1 p.m.
Large hail and destructive straight-line winds are the main concerns for Friday night's storms.
Fox59's Meteorologist Ron Smiley said the main line of severe weather will most likely arrive between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., depending on where you live. The storms will arrive closer to 5 p.m. the further west you are and closer to 10 p.m. the further east you are.
As with any thunderstorm, frequent cloud to ground lightning is also a concern with the severe weather.
