(CHAMPAIGN) - Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is scheduled to speak at the Champaign County Republican Party’s annual Lincoln Day Dinner.
Daniels is set to give remarks this evening in Champaign. Daniels is serving his second term as Indiana governor. He previously was director of the federal office of Management and Budget under President George W. Bush.
Union supporters plan a rally in Champaign this afternoon outside Assembly Hall to protest Daniels' visit.
