(SULLIVAN COUNTY) - A Sullivan County man was arrested on Tuesday after Indiana State Police said he held his mother and his girlfriend inside a home against their will.
About 10 a.m., ISP and Sullivan County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a home in the 7100 block of East County Road 350 North on reports of confinement.
When officers arrived at the home, police said they found Jason Fulford, 37, using "threat of force" to keep the women inside.
Investigators said the women had been held against their will since 9:30 p.m. Monday following a domestic dispute involving medical issues.
Fulford was taken into custody at the Sullivan County Jail and held on an $8,000 bond.
He was preliminarily charged with two counts of Class D felony criminal confinement.
