(HUNTERTOWN) - Six people were taken to a hospital after the horse-drawn wagon they were riding in tipped over on a rural road in northeastern Indiana, police said.
Allen County police told WANE-TV that the injuries included broken bones and scrapes.
Police said the wagon tipped over Sunday evening near the town of Huntertown about 10 miles northwest of Fort Wayne after the reins somehow got wrapped around the horses. That apparently spooked the horses and they took off.
Police didn't immediately release the names or ages of those injured.
