(INDIANAPOLIS) - Hundreds of Hostess employees in Indiana could soon be out of a job.
The maker of the Twinkies and other snack foods has notified state officials that it might close five plants in Indianapolis, leaving about 340 Hoosiers out of work.
The Irving, Texas-based company said the job cuts could come in the next 60 days.
Hostess has 237 workers in Columbus, and a handful of workers in several other Indiana cities. You can view the warnings the company filed with the state at the state's website .
