(INDIANAPOLIS) - A large pothole on Wednesday stalled traffic on Interstate 70 on the city’s east side during the afternoon rush hour.
Indiana Department of Transportation officials said Tuesday's heavy rainfall caused a large hole to form in a temporary cross-over in a construction zone in the eastbound lanes.
Crews temporarily patched the hole and officials advised drivers to expect delays until 8 p.m.
