(TERRE HAUTE) - 12-year-old Alyssa Sedletzeck was found just after 1 p.m. Thursday by the Viigo County Sheriff’s Office at 2929 Fenwood Avenue in Terre Haute.
She has been missing since Sunday.
The homeowner called police after seeing pictures of the girl on television. The homeowner is not a suspect in the case. However, his son was arrested.
Police say Alyssa was reportedly staying at the home under a false name and false age.
Police arrested 18-year-old Brandon Bennet and his uncle 25-year-old Timmy J. Sanders Jr, of Indianapolis, on charges of child molesting.
Sheriff's officials have probable cause to believe that both Bennett and Sanders sexually molested the 12 year old at the home in Terre Haute.
Police say they believe Sedletzeck voluntarily accompanied Bennett to the Fenwood address.
The investigation is continuing to determine if Sedletzeck was being held against her will.
Both suspects will be in Vigo County Superior Court Division One on Friday.
Sheriff's officials were assisted by the FBI, Indiana State Police, and Terre Haute Police.
