State Police: Woman Killed In I-70 Crash

(PLAINFIELD) - A woman was killed in a crash along Interstate 70 near Plainfield early Friday.

The crash happened around 1 a.m. near State Road 267, and involved a tractor-trailer and a car, Indiana State Police officers said.

The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, but the victim's identity was not released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
