(LAFAYETTE) - Two people were arrested after police busted a meth lab inside of a Tippecanoe County home early Wednesday, police said.
About 2 a.m., Lafayette police said they received a tip about some suspicious activity at a home in the 3000 block of Elk Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found an active meth lab in the rear of the home.
The home was evacuated, and police arrested Adam Martin, 20, and Patricia Ziegler, 20, both of Lafayette. Three other people were in the home at the time, but police did not say if they faced any charges.
Martin and Ziegler were taken into custody at the Tippecanoe County Jail.
