(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Attorney General’s Office filed a formal complain against AllCare Dental and Dentures President Robert Bates.
AllCare is accused of multiple licensing violations.
Last year, the national chain abruptly closed offices in Indianapolis, Avon, Muncie, Fort Wayne, Mishawaka and Evansville.
The company is accused of leaving patients without dental devices, refunds or records. Dentists were also reportedly locked out of their offices and were therefore unable to transfer records.
The State Board of Dentristy has scheduled a hearing for October 5.
