(EDINBURGH) - A Columbus man was arrested on preliminary charges of public indecency and public nudity at Driftwood State Fishing Area near Edinburgh Thursday.
Indiana conservation officers said Tommy Greenlee, 74, exposed himself to a plainclothes officer, who then arrested him.
Greenlee was arrested in 2006 for the same violation.
Since Greenlee would be a repeat violator if found guilty, his public indecency charge would be a class D felony.
