(INDIANAPOLIS) - Police have arrested a man believed to be the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident.
Marvin Carter, 20, is charged with failure to stop after an accident resulting in death and operating a motor vehicle having never received a license.
Motorcyclist Michael Holcomb died after being hit at 12th and North Meridian Streets July 12.
Witnesses told police Holcomb was traveling south on North Meridian Street when a vehicle turned left into his path. The vehicle fled west on 12th Street following the accident.
Carter is being held on $50,000 bond.
